Like many people, I have been having trouble sleeping at night. Ordinarily, it would take me up to an hour to fall asleep and then I would wake up several times at night. As a result, I was often tired, frustrated, and even apprehensive of going to bed in the evening. It was all anything but “restful”. Due to my already high levels of stress, none of the normal methods like breathing techniques or sleeping positions helped. One thing I definitely did *not* want to try was swallowing pills!
When Rob told me about his program, I was skeptical. We’ve all heard about “learning foreign languages while you sleep” and other nonsense. Could listening to music really improve my sleep? Well, I guess it did not hurt to try.
Despite my initially low confidence, the results spoke for themselves. Within a couple of days I was falling asleep much faster and staying awake less: from over an hour to 15 minutes. Within a week, I was able to sleep through the night and wake up refreshed. I know all this because I kept a detailed diary of my daily routines, stress levels, and sleep patterns.
After a week, I still was not willing to believe that it was really working even though my diary clearly said that it was working perfectly (I’m stubborn that way). So I stuck with the program for another 3 weeks – a full month in total.
There’s no arguing with results – this program works. It is super-simple to use, and the improvement is visible within the first couple of days. After about two weeks, I was having perfect sleep nights.
After a month on the program, I stopped – but the improvements have been maintained.
Even though I am in the full stress of a major renovation at home, I am still able to rest well at night. And should things ever go bad, I know that I can always pick up the program to get everything back on track.
