Rob, tonight I went in an elevator a skyscraper… on the outside to the top floor. No fear.. For the first time in my life… no fear :-))
I notice that I no longer have that restless feeling, I am recovering well now. My stresslevels are lowered and I can laugh at things that used to be a problem.
