From Emotional Barrier to Personal Power

As life happens and we experience certain situations. Some good, some bad, some traumatic.

These situations results in emotions and belief. That is a good thing, they help us grow and prevent future traumas. However in many cases the emotions get stuck and stay with you for the rest of your life.

Restraining Emotions

These emotions have and impact on your life, sometimes forever.

  • Did you ever experience a certain feelings of sadness?
  • Or what about a sudden unrelated outburst of anger?
  • Or maybe you recognize that sometimes you tend to feel guilty about something in the past

All those emotions have their root in the past. Those experiences of your past might influence your life forever and prevent you from experiencing full joy and happiness in life.

Those emotions and beliefs are restraining you from experiencing life at it’s fullest. Hence… restraining emotions.

Restraining Beliefs

Besides restraining emotions people suffer from restraining belief systems

  • Do you sometimes recognize feelings of not being good enough
  • I do not deserve to be happy
  • I am worth less than another person?
  • Or something like : I cannot do that.

Those are restraining belief systems that people might have.

All these restraining emotions and belief system will limit your happiness and success in life. They prevent you to live life to its fullest, and enjoy and prosper. They might even lead to disease patterns.

But it does not have to be that way.

Although emotions and beliefs control our life, restraining empotions can be released. Think of your restraining emotions that you might have (anger? fear? sadness? guilt?). Those emotions do not support you anymore, however they still influence your life.

Do this experiment for a second if you will:

Emotions are linked to time. Some emotions are related to the past, and some are related to the future.

Can you feel angry about something that has not happend yet?

Imagine tomorrow you walk in the streets and meeting a stranger that spits in your face. Are you angry at that stranger TODAY ? no. it has not happend yet. However you can be angry AFTER the fact… not before it has happend, right?
You can only feel angry about something that has happend already.

Can you be afraid of something that has already happend years ago?

No that is impossible, you can only be afraid of a future consequence of that, right?
Even if you are afraid of spiders, heights, social encounters, speaking in public, they are all linked to something that might happen in the future (being bitten, falling, being laughed at, made fun of etc)

These are some of the core concepts we will be working with in the training. By craftfully changing the perception of your time and your experience of events you will notice that those restraining emotions and belief systems will disappear.
